RealHOST Service Status 09/25

9/25/2026

Dear friends!

On September 23, 2026, as a result of yet another russian hostile shelling, a data center housing part of our equipment was damaged and suffered an emergency power outage. Because of this, our services became temporarily unavailable, leaving the telephone line as our only communication channel. Most importantly, the equipment is intact, and we have successfully preserved all customer data.

Because we needed to clear the aftermath of the attack and follow strict security protocols at the damaged facility, our team gained physical access to the equipment only late on the evening of September 23 — nearly half a day after the incident. As soon as it became possible, our team started an emergency relocation to a backup facility, restoring the infrastructure as quickly as possible.

As of yesterday evening, September 24, core services are back up and running normally. Since the migration took place under emergency conditions, we are currently fine-tuning the network configuration, so minor technical adjustments may still occur. If you notice any glitches or unstable performance of your services, please get in touch with us immediately: Telegram bot: @realhost_support_bot.

This situation has pushed us to act even more decisively to ensure the stability of your projects. To minimize the risk of wartime threats, we have decided to gradually relocate our entire infrastructure to European facilities (part of our equipment is already hosted there). We will plan and strictly control this process. If short-term reboots or temporary service interruptions are required during the migration, we will notify you well in advance via a separate email.
Thank you for your understanding, patience, and trust during this challenging time. We are making every effort to protect your projects and ensure their future stable performance.

Sincerely, the RealHOST Team
