We are providing an update on the progress of recovery efforts following the incident on September 23, when our main data center was damaged as a result of shelling. We thank you for your patience and trust during this period. At present, the emergency phase of consequence management has been completed.
We have moved on to the systematic implementation of an updated infrastructure resilience plan adapted to current conditions.
What has been done and what is currently in progress
Infrastructure security: All servers and client data have been successfully deployed to backup locations. A significant portion of our critical infrastructure is already physically operational at secure facilities abroad.
Network reconfiguration: We are optimizing the network architecture for the new locations. Work is underway to reroute traffic to minimize latency and ensure maximum connection speeds.
Communication Channel Redundancy: Additional redundancy for backbone channels is being provided by several independent providers to prevent single points of failure.
Next steps:
To minimize risks to the physical security of the equipment, we are finalizing preparations for a European site to fully migrate our infrastructure outside of Ukraine. This will be a scheduled process. We will notify you in advance via a separate email regarding the migration schedule and any potential brief service interruptions.
Data security recommendation:
Our backup infrastructure is operating stably, and data is automatically saved to the company’s isolated storage. However, considering wartime risks, the availability of communication channels to the data center may be temporarily limited in critical situations. To ensure the autonomy of your business, we strongly recommend downloading additional copies of key data (website files, databases, email) to your local storage devices or work computers. Having an independent copy guarantees you full control under any force majeure circumstances.
We are monitoring the system's performance and strengthening our infrastructure defense step by step. We will keep you informed of all implementations and changes.
