Important information regarding the "Cloud VPS" virtual server services.
We would like to inform you that from 05/12/22, the storage period of the disabled "Cloud VPS" service on our hosting changes from 30 to 7 calendar days.
That is, from May 12, 2022, a virtual server that has not been renewed by the client within a week (7 calendar days) from the moment of stopping (from the end of the paid service period), will be automatically deleted.
Note! The backup of the virtual machine will be stored on the hosting for 1 month after its expiration date. During this period, it is still possible to restore the service, if required. To do this you need:
- to order and pay for a new VPS
- to send a request to our technical support to restore a virtual machine from a backup copy.
Please, carefully follow the automatic notifications of the billing system and renew services in time.
